Kirin Beer "Harekaze ACTION" x TOKYU HOTELS
"Harekaze ACTION" Summer Party Campaign
Protecting the fireworks festival! Supporting Japan's traditional culture
If you request Kirin Beer Harekaze at a banquet at any of the 22 hotels across the country, TOKYU HOTELS and Kirin Brewery Co., Ltd. will each donate 0.8 yen per medium-sized bottle to the local government* hosting the fireworks display.
This is a collaborative campaign between TOKYU HOTELS, which aims to create hotels that are kind to the earth, cities, and people, and Kirin Beer, which works to preserve Japan's traditional customs as a way of "giving back through beer."

Kirin Brewery's beer has long been enjoyed alongside traditional Japanese events such as cherry blossom viewing and fireworks festivals. However, due to factors such as declining local populations, an aging population and a falling birthrate, and lack of funding, these traditional events are in danger of disappearing. To help save these events, Kirin Brewery is using a portion of its sales from "Harekaze" to support ongoing efforts to preserve cherry blossoms and pass on fireworks festivals through its "Harekaze ACTION" initiative.
