(Tokyo Shibuya-ku, President & CEO: Takashi Takei) is pleased to announce that it will rebrand and open "Tokyo Kojimachi TOKYU REI HOTEL" in 2027 in Nibancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, which is easily accessible with 4 stations and 5 lines. This hotel will be the first store to open in the heart of Tokyo through a rebranding since Tokyu Corporation was established as a hotel management company in April 2023 due to the business restructuring of Tokyu Corporation.
The Hotel is located in the Tokyo Green Palace, a complex consisting of hotels and offices owned by the National Federation of Municipal Mutual Aid Associations (Tokyo Chiyoda-ku, Chairman: Tomomi Matsuda) in Nibancho, Chiyoda-ku TOKYU HOTELS, Tokyo.
The hotel has been operating under the name "Tokyo Green Palace" for about 30 years, but it will temporarily close on March 31, 2026, and after a large-scale renovation, it will be rebranded as "Tokyo Kojimachi TOKYU REI HOTEL" in February 2027.
"Tokyo Kojimachi TOKYU REI HOTEL" continues to play a role as a lodging place in the Tokyo of the members of each union that makes up the National Federation of Municipal Employees Mutual Aid Associations, which is currently played by the current "Tokyo Green Palace", as the third "TOKYU REI HOTEL" in the Tokyo following SHIBUYA TOKYU REI HOTEL and KICHIJOJI TOKYU REI HOTEL. We expect that it will be used even more by inbound business and leisure customers not only in Japan but also in Japan.
The hotel is located within 10~20 minutes from 4 stations and 5 lines (Kojimachi, Hanzomon, Ichigaya, Yotsuya/Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, Hanzomon Line, Namboku Line, JR Chuo-Sobu Line, Toei Subway Shinjuku Line) to major spots in Tokyo such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ginza, so it will be convenient for many people to use it.
In addition, Tokyo Kojimachi TOKYU REI HOTEL has a restaurant and two banquet halls and conference rooms, one large and one small, so it can be used not only for banquets and meetings, but also as a venue for various events, and can also be used as a place for communication and information dissemination rooted in the Bancho and Kojimachi areas.
