(Tokyo Shibuya Ward, President & CEO: Takashi Takei) are pleased to announce that due to the termination of the fixed-term building lease agreement for NAHA TOKYU REI HOTEL, the hotel will be closed with check-out and breakfast on September 30, 2026.

NAHA TOKYU REI HOTEL has been operating as a business and tourism base in the Okinawa and Naha areas for 17 years since its opening as Hotel Tokyu Bizfort Naha in June 2009, valuing connections with the community. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers and all those involved who have patronized us so far.

Tokyu and TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts are currently developing hotels that will become "travel destinations" with an emphasis on appealing to the global market and the next generation of guests, and in Okinawa, STORYLINE Senagajima (STORYLINE Senagajima) opened in 2024 in Tomi City, adjacent to Naha Airport. Based on the "Tourism Promotion Partnership Agreement" signed between Tokyu and Okinawa in January 2026, we will continue to develop new hotels in the Okinawa area and aim to optimize our brand portfolio. Through this, we will build a chain hotel network with high brand power and profitability, and further strengthen our consolidated business portfolio.
