~A new hotel that will serve as a "base camp for experiencing Japan" connecting the world and Japan, opening in July 2026~
TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD. (Tokyo Shibuya-ku, President and CEO: Takashi Takei) will rebrand "KAWASAKI KING SKYFRONT TOKYU REI HOTEL" to "The HOTEL Well-hub Haneda" on Monday, July 6, 2026, and will open as a new hotel brand with the concept of "experiential design hotel".
We have recently opened a teaser site for the hotel and started booking advance accommodations.
With this rebranding, the hotel will be reborn as a "base camp for experiencing Japan," connecting travelers from around the world with nature, sports, and cultural experiences throughout Japan. Leveraging its location as an international gateway near Haneda Airport, where the number of international passengers continues to increase amidst the growing demand for inbound tourism, and the rich waterside environment of the Tama River, the hotel will target a new class of affluent travelers from around the world who wish to deeply understand Japanese culture and its rich natural environment through their own experiences. The hotel will propose a new style of stay, serving as a hub for these travelers to embark on journeys to various parts of Japan's culture and nature.

A base for nature sports tourism
We will utilize the Tamagawa River embankment as a running course and yoga space. We will offer tours that combine unique Japanese sports experiences such as karate, cycling, and surfing in the Shonan and Kamakura areas.

The accommodation fee includes breakfast, morning exercises such as yoga and karate, and evening DJ events and live music events, creating an experience designed to make your stay enjoyable.

Utilizing the architectural space inspired by a warehouse, we offer a culturally stimulating environment featuring analog record music and art by domestic and international artists.
Following this rebranding, "The HOTEL Well-hub Haneda" will have its grand opening on July 6, 2026.
