    These are amateur gospel choirs who are active mainly in Minami-Izu.
    This was a magnificent live performance, the culmination of countless hours of practice for this Christmas lunch buffet.

    After working at Ginza TOKYU HOTEL and CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL, joined The Capitol Hotel Tokyu All Day Dining Origami in 2010 and became chef in 2022. From 2025, will become head chef overseeing both BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel, HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, and A PARKROYAL Hotel in Shinjuku. Involved in menu planning and training many chefs. Appointed head chef in July 2026 SHIMODA TOKYU HOTEL.

    "When you think of Shimoda, you think of abundant seafood such as alfonsino snapper and spiny lobster. However, Minamiizu also boasts many local vegetables and mountain bounties that rival seafood. Going forward, through food, we will deliver dishes that maximize the natural flavors of the ingredients together with the passion of Minamiizu producers."

    SHIMODA TOKYU HOTEL is popular for breakfast, adding autumn colors to our famous kamameshi, ranking second in skill!
    Chef Anbo also attracted the attention of customers with his live performance, securing third place!
    The deliciousness of "Mikan Kosho" (orange pepper), which is also sold at the hotel's gift shop, is expressed in pasta, and it came in 4th place!
    A young chef who always creates incredibly beautiful appetizers ranks 5th in style!
    A talented mid-level player who makes the most of local ingredients. They finished in a close 6th place, just behind the top contenders!
