At Sushi Kappo Shunsai, a small counter with only 8 seats, you can enjoy sushi prepared right before your eyes by the chef, along with kappo cuisine that makes the most of seasonal ingredients. The course menu features sushi as the centerpiece, interspersed with à la carte dishes, offering flavors that are unique to each season.
