You can choose from four types of egg dishes, including fluffy omelets, and each one will be carefully cooked. Our staff will squeeze the orange juice right in front of you. It is marinated in our homemade white miso and grilled until fragrant. Please enjoy the rich flavor of the condensed rice malt.
Dashi rolled egg

Boiled tofu and large-grain natto
Yudofu with a gentle flavor warmed by the umami of kelp broth and fragrant large-grain natto made with Hokkaido soybeans.
