I have been entrusted with the heavy responsibility of being the general manager of CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL which has been in business for over 20 years since its opening in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2001. I spend my days feeling a mixture of humility and a sense of mission regarding the potential of this hotel. I would like to once again express my gratitude to all of our guests who have supported the hotel in various ways, and I will do my utmost to meet your expectations, however small our power may be, so I ask for your continued support.
The strengths of CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL are its sophisticated building and interior design that is not influenced by passing trends, the quality of its intangible aspects built up by professionals in the fields of cooking and service, and its mobility, including collaboration with Tokyu Group companies based in Shibuya. Another major feature is its deep ties with communities all over Japan. The hotel business is destined to always face changes with the times, but by further refining and evolving these strengths, we aim to solidify our position as a "hotel of choice." And, while pursuing the "SHIBUYA LUXURY - a new LUXURY HOTEL that can only be created in ENTERTAINMENT CITY SHIBUYA, and only at CERULEAN" that we inherited from the previous general manager, Takei, we will work to realize our strategy as one of the leading hotels of TOKYU HOTELS. In the process, we would like to value team building and organization building that allows each person to improve each other and feel their own growth.
