How to protect user funds under the Payment Services Act

As part of a system to protect holders of prepaid payment instruments, in accordance with Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act, holders are required to preserve their assets by depositing an issuance guarantee in an amount equal to at least half of the unused balance of prepaid payment instruments as of March 31 and September 30 of each year.
In the unlikely event of a failure, users of prepaid instruments can receive payment in advance of other creditors from the issuance security deposit secured in advance, pursuant to Article 31 of the Payment Services Act.
The way we protect user funds is as follows:
