You will earn 1 point for every 100 yen (service charge included) you spend at the hotel. Accumulated points can be used to pay for hotel stays, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.

Points accumulation and terms of use

Points are awarded per membership card only for the room paid for by the member (limited to the same reservation as the member). If two or more members use one room, points will be awarded to each person or pro rata based on the amount used.

Points are not awarded for charges other than accommodation fees (refrigerators, pay TV, cleaning, massages, etc.) and taxes.
For dining

Points can only be earned for one group per membership card. If two or more members use the facility, points will be earned for each person or pro rata based on the amount used.

Eligible points include dining at participating restaurants (including seating charges, table charges, and private room charges), room service from the restaurant, and take-out food and drink charges (with some exceptions). Other charges (such as cigarette charges) and taxes are not eligible for point accrual.
Points are only awarded for payments made in cash or by cashless means such as credit card or code payment. Points are not awarded for payments made with TOKYU POINTS or Comfort Points.
Points will be added the day after your stay (or the check-out date if you are staying overnight).
If you forget your TOKYU CARD, you will not be eligible to receive points. Please note that retroactive registration will not be accepted.
TOKYU POINT cannot be accumulated in combination with other point cards.
Reservations made through travel agencies or other companies' websites are not eligible for points. Also, there are some accommodation plans that are not eligible, so please contact us for details.
