    Spa check-in and time requirements

    • We will contact you in your room approximately 15 minutes before your reservation time.

    • The time of your reservation will be the start time of your treatment, so if you are late for any reason,

    Requests to Customers

    • Please make a reservation in advance by phone regarding your desired date and time and course. If you are unable to decide on a menu or have any questions, our concierge will be happy to answer your requests and questions, so please feel free to contact us by phone or at the leisure counter.

    • All courses are available to both men and women.
      Outside visitors are also welcome.

    • Treatments are available for those who are pregnant, menstruating, or undergoing treatment. We will suggest a course based on your physical condition, so please consult with the leisure counter.

    • There is no need to remove your contact lenses during treatment, but you may feel more relaxed if you do, so please bring a case with you.

    • Please use the safety deposit box in your room for valuables. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for theft or loss of valuables.

    • Please note that for the safety of our guests, we cannot accept treatments if any of the following apply to you:
      ・Those with a fever of 37 degrees or higher
      ・People who are prohibited from bathing (due to inflammatory diseases, etc.)
      ・Those who have been advised by a doctor to rest
      ・People who are completely drunk

    • If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. If you cancel within 2 hours, we may charge you a cancellation fee.
