The number of points that can be used for one payment is between 1 and 30,000 points. For details, please see the Rakuten Point Card website.
Points can only be earned on one membership card for rooms and restaurants paid for by the member (only for the same reservation made by the member). If two or more members use the service, the bonus will be given to one person or divided proportionately based on the amount used.
Points cannot be used for payments that do not include points.

Charges other than the accommodation fee (refrigerator, pay TV, cleaning, massage, advance coupons, etc.) Points are not eligible for rewards when used in banquet halls, conference rooms, multipurpose halls, or when renting out restaurants, as well as for some take-out products, cigarettes, vending machines, advance coupons, etc. Please contact us for more information.
Points will also be awarded when Rakuten Points are used for payment. Points will not be awarded when Comfort Points or TOKYU POINTS are used.
Points will be reflected 4 days after the date of use (or the check-out date for overnight stays).
