    COMFORT MEMBERS is a free membership service available at TOKYU HOTELS nationwide.

     

    Various benefits that can be used immediately!

    • Late check-out

      If you request this upon check-in, we will extend your check-out time until noon, except in special circumstances. (※1)

    • Pre-order

      You can make reservations by phone, one month earlier than the general public.

    • Bonus points gift

      You will receive 1,000 bonus points for every 5,000 points you earn in a year.

      *Points will be added in late January.

    *1 This service may not be available depending on the room availability on the day, reservation details, season, etc.
