Various benefits that can be used immediately!

  • Late check-out

    If you request this upon check-in, we will extend your check-out time until noon, except in special circumstances. (※1)

  • Pre-order

    You can make reservations by phone, one month earlier than the general public.

  • Bonus points gift

    You will receive 1,000 bonus points for every 5,000 points you earn in a year.

    *Points will be added in late January.

Black Diamond Platinum Members

  • Welcome drink voucher

    We will present you with a welcome drink coupon that can be used during your stay. A complimentary drink will be provided for the member and up to one accompanying person. (※2, 3, 4)

  • Room upgrade voucher

    You will receive an upgrade voucher for a room one grade higher than the one you reserved. (※1, 4)

About status

Depending on the number of points you earn each year, you can move up or down through five different statuses. The higher your status, the higher the points you earn when you stay at a hotel, and the more benefits you receive, making it even more convenient and rewarding!

Membership Status Renewal Schedule

Your status for the year starting from April of the following year will be determined based on your annual points accumulated from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
