Malt and grain whiskies, each aged for over 21 years, are carefully blended and then slowly matured again in casks.
This blended Scotch whisky, a fusion of Scottish and Japanese culture, is finished in Mizunara oak casks. Aromas of cinnamon and vanilla gently unfold, layered with sweet notes of ripe peach, orange peel, and brown sugar. It boasts a long, smooth finish and a harmonious, complex flavor.

This limited-edition whisky is made from only the Spanish oak casks that caught Stillman's eye, selected from the finest sherry cask-aged whiskies at the Sakurao Warehouse. Heavily peated whisky is aged for over three years in Spanish oak casks.
The smoky aroma is complemented by the depth of bitter chocolate, creating a calm impression. The sweetness of dates and strawberries, along with a hint of saltiness, spreads, and the rich sweetness and refreshing peat finish linger for a long time.

Known as the "Queen of Islay," this whisky boasts an elegant smokiness, complemented by the deep richness imparted by sherry cask maturation, harmonizing the scent of the sea with a sweet aroma. Aromas of dark chocolate, raisins, and molasses unfold, accompanied by a soft, honey-like sweetness and a spicy, woody finish, all on a rounded, smooth mouthfeel.

A robust bottle matured entirely in Oloroso sherry hogsheads and bottled at high proof.
The deep aromas of chocolate and raisins are elegantly layered with notes of mandarin orange and spices. The taste is centered around the sweetness of ripe figs and cherries, with expanding notes of hazelnut and toasted oak, and a pleasant lingering finish of bitter chocolate. The richness of the sherry cask and the fruitiness of Alan are elegantly harmonized.
