We will be hosting a one-day-only luncheon featuring Kenji Notoya, the hotel's executive chef, and Shuichiro Kimura, CEO of the French boulangerie "Maison Kayser."

Wakayama Special courses featuring rare ingredients that the two chefs have actually encountered in Nanki, including game meat from Kozagawa Town!

Enjoy dishes that can only be tasted on this day, and the collaboration with bread proposed by Mr. Kimura.
