Step1 Fill out the membership application form

Please fill out the required information on the membership application form and apply.

Step2 Password issue: TOKYU HOTELS We will issue a corporate membership number and password necessary for access.

Step3 Available: You can make a reservation immediately by entering your corporate membership number and password on the contracted corporation's website.

About joining

We will provide detailed information via email newsletter, so we will need the email address of the person in charge.
It is a condition that you must receive the e-mail magazine, and if you are unable to receive it (refuse to receive it), your subscription will be cancelled.
If you do not use the service for 2 years, it will be canceled.

: This rate is cheaper than the "Internet Rate" on TOKYU HOTELS website. Depending on the season, there are days when you can stay at an even cheaper rate.

Apply at each hotel. Please contact us by phone or email and a sales representative will contact you.

: You can join on the premise of using the service. You will need to fill out the membership application form (the email address of the person in charge is required) and bring one business card to attach to the application form. (Please see the terms and conditions for details)

: You can join at the department level or branch meeting. All TOKYU HOTELS are available at any hotel.

: After receiving your application, we will issue you a corporate membership number and password necessary for making a reservation approximately two weeks later. (We will send it by email)
