About the contract

The following conditions are required for entering into a contract:

The use is for the purpose of employee welfare
- The company is receiving subsidies and grants
  - The annual usage is expected to be 100 nights or more.

※: If there is no usage record for two years, the contract may be terminated.

※: However, the following hotels are not included:
TOKYU VACATIONS, HOTEL IZUKYU Izukyu, LE NESSA JOGASAKI, LE NESSA AKAZAWA, and overseas partner hotels

Usage flow

Step 1: Reservation application (online/phone)

The user makes a reservation via our website or by phone (web and phone rates may differ).

Step 2: Accommodation

Present the subsidy voucher or assistance voucher when checking in.
When checking out, the user will deduct the subsidy or grant from the discount amount.

Step 3: Billing

Collect subsidy vouchers and grant vouchers from each hotel and submit them to your company
