Executive Chef CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL Honorary Executive Chef of Tokyu Group. Leveraging Ebian's unique "hard water" character, he created a unique French Chinoiserie that maximizes the umami of the ingredients. Each dish expresses a new relationship between water and food.
This spring, he received the highest French Order of Agricultural Merit, the 'Commander Order' and the 'Spring 2026 Yellow Ribbon Medal'

TOKU (Flugelhorn/Vocal)
Japan's only jazz vocalist and flugelhorn player. Influenced by her father, she developed a love for music and has attracted attention since her debut in 2000 with "Everything She Said." Her broad musicality, transcending the boundaries of jazz, has led to her success in various fields both domestically and internationally. She currently resides in Paris, France. For this event, she has formed a special trio of artists active both in Japan and abroad, presenting a live session featuring a selection of French-inspired music, including Michel Legrand and Charles Aznable, synchronized in real time with footage of local scenery.
