THE CAPITOL HOTEL TOKYU 's large banquet hall is named after the "Ho'oh," the symbol of the hotel.
The circular chandelier that shines from the ceiling features some of the genuine pearls from the previous hotel's chandelier, which was popular with VIPs from around the world.
