Our hotel has been awarded five stars for six consecutive years by the global hospitality rating agency Forbes Travel Guide, and this time, we have obtained the official sustainability certification "Responsible Hospitality VERIFIED™" from the organization, following last year's recognition.

This certification is awarded to luxury hotels in over 80 countries worldwide that have received star ratings and meet particularly high sustainability standards, and only a limited number of hotels in Japan have obtained it. It is evaluated based on over 100 rigorous criteria, including environmental protection, waste reduction, adoption of sustainable amenities, health and safety measures, and community engagement.

Our hotel promotes reducing environmental impact and sustainable hotel operations, and these ongoing efforts have led to this recognition. Going forward, we will continue to promote initiatives that consider the environment and society, aiming to realize sustainable hospitality.
