To Customers with Food Allergies
If you have a food allergy and would like to dine at our restaurant, please fill out the required information on the "Allergy Hearing Sheet" below and submit it. We will respond to your request individually after carefully examining the details. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests from customers with severe food allergies. Please also note that all menu items are prepared in the same kitchen, and there is a possibility of contamination, including the eight specific items.
Regarding restaurant cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
・Cancellation within 5 days prior to the reservation: 30% of the reservation fee
・Cancellation between 4 days before and the day before: 50% of the reservation
・Cancellation on the day of your reservation: 100% of the reservation fee
If you wish to cancel your reservation, we will handle it as described above.
