Cherry Blossoms Night
With the cooperation of Ishikawa Sake Brewery, a historic Tokyo sake brewery in Fussa City with a building designated as a registered tangible cultural property of the country, we will hold an event to taste sake that goes well with the "cherry blossom viewing box set". At the event, Koichi Maesako of "Ishikawa Sake Brewery" will prepare four types of sake carefully selected, and you can enjoy pairing them with food.
The "Hanami Box Zen" also offers a day-only menu to coincide with this event.
In addition, Mr. Koichi Maesako and the hotel's head chef, Toru Katanosaka, will appear at the venue and explain about sake and food. Please enjoy a one-night-only meal made with Ishikawa ingredients while feeling the spring atmosphere in the gorgeous store decorated with cherry blossoms.
