A delicious Shizuoka specialty chosen by many customers.
This year, too, we have carefully crafted each garment, making the most of the natural beauty of the materials.

The menu features seasonal ingredients unique to Shizuoka and Izu, such as seafood from Suruga Bay and bounty from the mountains of Izu.
Enjoy a moment that makes you feel like you're on a journey.
From May 1st (Friday) during this period, we will be offering a completely revamped menu.

* Rillettes of fresh seafood directly from Izu, and crispy whitebait from Yui.
* Slow-cooked Suruga Shamo chicken breast with wasabi pickled sauce
*Today's Izu local fish prosciutto, smoked flavor
~Amera Rubins and other condiments~
〇 Fresh fish directly from Izu Shimoda Port and mushrooms from Hasegawa Farm in Fuji City, served bonne femme style.
〇Sauerkraut made with Fujinokuni Ikiiki Pork, a brand of pork from Shizuoka Prefecture.
〇 Verrine of Izu New Summer Orange Jelly and Panna Cotta

The above menu comes with a buffet of salad, soup, rice, bread and soft drinks.
