We will deliver the seasonal flavors of Shizuoka and Izu, with a different selection each week.
Please choose your main course from either a meat dish or a fish dish.

Thursday, May 7th - Sunday, May 10th

Meat: Sautéed chicken thigh from Sawayaka Fuji, Bercy style, served with steamed vegetables from Izu.
Fish: Fresh fried fish delivered directly from Watanabe Fisheries in Shimoda, Izu, served with two kinds of sauces: tartar sauce and Torii Foods sauce from Hamamatsu.

May 11th (Mon) - May 17th (Sun)

Meat: Sautéed pork loin Lyonnaise-style sauce made with Hamamatsu Torii Foods' veggie sauce
Fish: Shizuoka Fresh fish landed in the inland water, grilled crouts of Fuji mushrooms and Izu shiitake mushrooms

May 18th (Mon) - May 24th (Sun)

Meat: Grilled chicken thigh from Sawayaka Fuji, served with Hamamatsu Torii Foods' mandarin orange ponzu sauce, in a Bigarade style.
Fish: Pan-fried white fish with Izu vegetables and Suruga Bay sakura shrimp in Americaine sauce

May 25th (Mon) - May 31st (Sun)

Meat: Fujinokuni Ikiiki Pork baked with cheese breadcrumbs, tomato gravy, and steamed vegetables from Izu.
Fish: Fresh fish meunière directly from Watanabe Fisheries in Shimoda, Izu, served in a Grenoble style with Worcestershire sauce from Torii Foods in Hamamatsu.


The displayed price includes 10% service charge and 10% consumption tax.

The menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.

Due to legal regulations, we strictly do not serve alcohol to guests who will be driving or to those under the age of 20.
