    Hokkaido The "BURI-1 Recipe Grand Prix" hosted by Sapporo Central Wholesale Market aimed at expanding and promoting the consumption of freshly produced yellowtail.
    At the contest held on August 29 at Koen Gakuen Culinary and Confectionery Vocational School, students from Koen Gakuen
    We devised an original recipe designed for hotel buffet use.
    The Grand Prix winners selected from these works are recreated at three hotels in Sapporo TOKYU HOTELS.
    The students' ideas are presented as a new dish by the hotel's chefs.
