While enjoying the diverse dishes at our Christmas buffet, you can also enjoy music performed by singer-songwriter Hirari Sato, who possesses a clear and beautiful singing voice, and Keidan Nishigaki, the "fighting violinist."
On the day of the event, in addition to the regular Christmas buffet menu, we will be offering a special dish: "Braised Beef Slowly Cooked in Rich Red Wine (one serving per person, adults only)."
The clear, soaring vocals, along with the gentle melodies of piano and violin, fill the restaurant with a sense of tranquility. Enjoy a special Christmas dinner.

Meal Information
Of course, the buffet essentials include roast beef, crab shredded meat with crab tomato cream sauce made with Parmigiano and Reggiano, delicious cold season dishes like the "Hakata-style Spicy Motsu Hot Pot," juicy and elegant "Iwate Vegetable Sai Chicken Grilled with Salt Koji Koji Garlic Black Pepper Sauce," and desserts are all crafted by the patissier.

Hirari Sato (singer-songwriter)
At the age of 5, she encountered "Like the Flow of a River" and awakened to her passion for music. At the 7th Gold Concert, she passionately sang "Amazing Grace," becoming the youngest ever recipient of the Vocal Performance Award and the Audience Award. In March 2024, she sang "Amazing Grace" with orchestral accompaniment at the Rossini Opera House and St. Paul's Cathedral in Italy. She aims to become a musician known as the Japanese Stevie Wonder. She sang the national anthem at the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics!
Guest: Keidan Nishigaki (violin)
He graduated from Toho Gakuen University and its graduate school. He studied under Iwao Furusawa, one of the three great violinists. While still a student, he served as concertmaster for the All Japan Amateur Orchestra (university student and under division) on its European tour. Since the month after the 2011 earthquake, he has been continuously delivering supplies and live music to the disaster-stricken areas. He has also collaborated with various entertainers. Currently, he also works as a gym trainer, and calls himself a "fighting violinist."
