This alcoholic cocktail combines the rich flavor of whiskey with the refreshing bitterness of grapefruit. Light tonic water and lemon acidity create a cool and refreshing finish.

Autumn Breeze
This non-alcoholic cocktail offers the gentle sweetness of sangria, balanced by the tartness of pineapple and the refreshing fizz of carbonation. Lemon and mint provide a delightful, lingering finish.

The Miyagi Fair at Cafe Tosca, which began as an initiative to support reconstruction through food, is celebrating its 16th year. Chef Shintaro Tsuji himself has visited local producers and experienced firsthand the passion and dedication that goes into the ingredients. He will now deliver these feelings to you through his dishes.

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including juicy roast beef cooked to perfection, fluffy and creamy omelet rice, and rich carbonara finished with the ever-popular Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
