The "Afternoon Set" includes richly flavored matcha pudding and shiratama zenzai, unique Japanese sweets, as well as Oshima-style dishes with Ishikawa roots, such as Noto beef cutlet sandwiches characterized by fine meat texture and refined fat, and overnight-dried "Nodoguro" (black throat).
In addition, we offer the "Afternoon Snack Set," which includes one drink including sweet potato shochu made from rare Kanazawa-grown "Gorōjima Kintoki," and the "Afternoon Sweets Set," perfect for tea time.
