We will be offering an afternoon tea themed around "Shine Muscat," known for its bursting texture and rich sweetness.

Our sweets selection includes not only shortcake, but also "Shine Muscat Rare Cheesecake," which combines rare cheesecake mousse with grapefruit jam, and "Lemon Posset," where the refreshing taste of lemongrass jelly blends perfectly with the juiciness of Shine Muscat grapes. Our savory offerings include "Shine Muscat and Prosciutto Tortilla" and the light and refreshing "Salmon Escabeche."

Furthermore, the special dessert included separately is a "Shine Muscat Mini Parfait"! Layers of Shine Muscat grapes, sparkling wine jelly, chocolate flakes, Earl Grey cream, and Muscat and lychee sherbet create a delightful texture and flavor that you won't tire of.
