    These are gluten-free, plant-based cookies made with domestically produced rice flour, gluten-free, and free from wheat flour, dairy, eggs, and other animal ingredients. The sugar used is beet sugar from Hokkaido. There are three flavors (6 pieces each) of plain, chocolate, and sesame. While the mild flavor of rice flour is refined, each flavor is distinctive and the texture is carefully considered.
