Enjoy the delicious flavors of Miyagi in a course
We offer a special limited-time lunch and dinner course using ingredients from Miyagi.
The lunch course includes "Seafood Aromatic Stir-fry ~Lemon and Black Pepper Accent~." Miyagi This dish stir-fries sea squirts and Miyagi salmon with aromatic vegetables such as green onions. Enjoy a refreshing meal with aromatic vegetables and lemon, savoring the subtle bitterness of the sea squirt. Also, the dinner course features "Miyagi Steamed Crepe with Fresh Fish Delivered from Ishinomaki," made by wrapping and steaming fresh fish delivered daily from the market in crepe batter made from rice flour and tapioca, resulting in a smooth texture and gentle flavor.
Additionally, Chef Sekine of Sutsen Restaurant Chen will present a variety of menu items inspired by visits to producers. (Some menu items use ingredients other than Miyagi produce.)
