[Limited to certain days of the week] Autumn Medicinal Cuisine Course "Shujun"

Period: September 2nd (Wed) - October 29th (Thu), 2026
A medicinal cuisine course featuring seasonal ingredients

This is a limited-time autumn medicinal cuisine and dim sum course, presented by head chef Sekine, who is also a certified medicinal cuisine coordinator.

In addition to a soup combining ingredients said to protect the body from dryness and create moisture from within, such as Japanese pears, white fungus, and apricot kernels, with shark fin, which is said to create a foundation for moisture, we offer a menu that allows you to savor the taste, aroma, spiciness, and umami of the ingredients, while respecting the medicinal cuisine concept of "food and medicine are of the same origin."
