A neo-bistro course that expresses the changing colors of the season from spring to early summer.
Each dish is adorned with seasonal ingredients, adding a touch of color and flavor.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy our special course menu, available only during weekday lunch hours.

Neo Bistro Course

Lightly seared Norwegian salmon
Marinated avocado and orange
Orange vinaigrette

As spring approaches, Norwegian salmon becomes even more fatty and melts in your mouth.
It was prepared as a roulade and lightly grilled.
On top of that, a rich avocado and tangy orange salad is layered.
Finish with a mild yogurt sauce and basil oil.

Parmentier Potage

The potatoes are mashed until smooth, bringing out a mellow richness.
