Dining Dinner course

We have prepared a seasonal dinner course featuring four dishes. The course begins with an appetizer using fatty Norwegian salmon in season, followed by a main course of tender lamb flavored with several kinds of mixed spices. Enjoy a course that incorporates ingredients that are in season at this time of year.
