A limited-time dinner buffet will be held from Saturday, December 27, 2025 to Saturday, January 3, 2026.

Roast beef marinated in Shinshu miso, seasonal tempura,
Shinshu salmon and snow crab pie bake, Shinshu Fukumi chicken stewed in demi-glace sauce, etc.
Enjoy a special dinner buffet packed with the delicious flavors of Shinshu.
