Diagonally across from the hotel is a self-parking multi-story parking lot marked by a yellow sign that says "DEBS PARK."

This is a large seven-story parking lot that can accommodate 270 cars.

When searching on your car navigation system or smartphone map app, please enter the address "34 Nishimachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe City." (Some car navigation systems may display "Lawson Kobe Chuo Nishimachi Store," but please note that the Lawson in question closed at the end of August 2019.)

Room cleaning for consecutive nights
TOKYU HOTELS aims to be an "earth-friendly hotel" with a low impact on the global environment.
Therefore, we will refrain from cleaning your room during your stay.
If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, please leave a card that says "Please clean the room."
If you only want to have your towels changed and your trash thrown away, please bring a card that says "Please change your towels and throw away your trash."
Please post it on the hallway door by 11:00.
For long-term guests, cleaning will be provided every three nights.

Information on disaster prevention and crime prevention
This information is a safety guide for emergencies. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers, but please read it just in case.
When you arrive at your room

Please refer to the evacuation route map on the inside of your guest room door and verify that you have walked through at least two emergency exits.

Check your emergency flashlight.

If you have a physical disability and are worried about evacuation, please contact the front desk in advance.
If you discover a fire

If you discover a fire, please contact the front desk immediately.

Please let people around you know by shouting or making noise.

If you suspect a fire, such as smelling smoke, please contact the front desk, even if it is a minor issue.
If the fire alarm rings (if you need to evacuate)

Emergency announcements and staff will be making announcements about the fire and issuing evacuation instructions, so please remain calm.

Never use the elevator.

Protect your mouth and nose with a wet towel to avoid inhaling the smoke.

Get low and evacuate along the wall using the emergency stairs in the opposite direction of the smoke.
When leaving the room

To prevent the spread of fire and smoke, be sure to close the door before leaving.

If you notice any remaining or injured people, please let us know immediately.
If you cannot leave the room due to fire or smoke

Please contact the front desk by phone.

If you can't get through by phone, hang a sheet or blanket over your body, or if it's nighttime, wave a flashlight to let people outside know you're there.
