◆Vivid sweets made with seasonal fruits

The star of the desserts is the Ruby Chocolate Cream Puff, lavishly decorated with Beni Hoppe, a brand of strawberries from Yasugi.
You can enjoy the gorgeous combination of the rich sweetness of Benihoppe and the fruity taste of chocolate.
Other dishes that will adorn your table include "Blancmange" and "Brulée" made with fresh strawberries, and "Agar Jelly" made with refreshingly fragrant Dekopon berries.

◆ Thoughtful taste in the details

"Yuzu Hat" is made by carefully simmering yuzu peel in sweet syrup, and "Hayori with Kombu" brings out the umami.
Not only are they flashy, but the painstaking handcrafting of these products creates a deep flavor.

A once-in-a-lifetime encounter of famous sweets and tea from a well-established shop

You can enjoy the delicate hand-crafted art, which changes every month and can only be seen for a short period of time, along with Nakamura Tea Shop's fragrant Sencha Raiden.
