Since its creation in Padua, Italy in 1919, Aperol has been enjoyed as a casual aperitivo (pre-dinner drink), and is now loved by people of all ages around the world. In particular, the "Aperol Spritz," a blend of Prosecco, soda, and Aperol, has become increasingly popular as a cocktail perfect for casual moments with friends and companions, thanks to its bright and refreshing taste.

Hyogo Born in Kobe City. After studying abroad in New Zealand and Australia, he trained as a bartender at the long-established Bar elixir de longue vie in Kobe. He has won awards in various cocktail competitions, became the Japanese champion at the CAMPARI Cocktail Competition Asia 2018, and represented Japan at the Asian Games held in Milan. Afterwards, he began activities as the official brand ambassador for Campari Group in Japan. While training and developing cocktails for Campari Group brands including Campari, he also handles guest bartending at bars both in Japan and abroad. He was invited as a guest bartender at Charles Schumann's 'Schumann's Bar' (Munich, Germany), a world-renowned 'legendary bartender,' and his delicate yet well-balanced flavors were highly praised overseas.
