With the aim of improving the safety of the building, we will carry out the following surveys and repair work on the exterior walls.
We will take all possible safety measures and guide customers when working, but there may be inconvenience caused by work noise and odor, or work around windows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this will be an important investigation and repair to improve the safety of the building.

June 1, 2026 (Monday) to around the end of October (tentative)
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (including noisy tasks)
*The period may be extended depending on the weather and the condition of the exterior walls.

・Percussion inspection of exterior walls (inspection by tapping on the wall surface to check its condition)
・Exterior wall repair work
・Replacing sealant etc.
[Notes]
During the construction period, gondolas and scaffolding will be erected and moved, and work will be carried out using aerial work platforms.
- Due to the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding and sealing work, there may be noise and odors from paints and sealants.
Please refrain from opening or closing your windows during working hours, as workers and gondolas will be passing outside the windows.
Please close your roller blinds or curtains.
- The exterior wall tapping inspection may cause intermittent noise or vibration.
