Yokohama's Minato Mirai district is bustling with people every year during Christmas. Queen Alice will be offering special Christmas courses for both lunch and dinner.
The menu begins with an appetizer featuring richly flavored lobster and scallops, followed by a Christmas-themed main dish of slow-roasted Kuroge Wagyu beef (domestic beef for lunch) served with a mellow, flavorful "jus de veau" and an elegant black truffle sauce. For dessert, we offer a tiramisu made with chocolate sponge cake layered with strawberry and pistachio cream, served with crunchy "kataifi" pastry.
