Content
A vanilla and cherry marble ice cream is placed on top of a chestnut mousse, and a bittersweet Uji matcha sauce is added to create a change of flavor. It is served with half a portion of Maison Kayser's Danish pastry, which is topped with chestnut cream, and the staff will pipe on a layer of Japanese chestnut cream right in front of you to finish it off.
