Sichuan cuisine, along with Beijing, Guangdong, and Shanghai, is considered one of the "Four Great Cuisines of China." Using abundant ingredients grown in fertile land, it achieves a deep and complex flavor through the use of various seasonings and spices that provide the spiciness of chili peppers, the numbing sensation of Sichuan peppercorns, as well as sourness and aromatic notes.
The Sichuan cuisine is served not on large platters, but individually and beautifully presented like French cuisine. The course, which begins with appetizers using seasonal ingredients, showcases the chef's dedication to quality right up to the dessert.
In addition, we offer a wide variety of à la carte dishes. Enjoy a blissful dinner while taking in the unique Yokohama night view from our large windows.
