Freshly baked pancakes

Introducing fluffy, lightly sweet pancakes baked in an automatic pancake machine.
You can enjoy them as "savory pancakes" by combining them with thick-sliced bacon and scrambled eggs, or as a dessert by adding jam and fruit.


 

Seasonal gourmet food to enjoy in Osaka and Kansai

Marinated seared bonito with fragrant condiments, served with ponzu jelly
From October to December, we serve seared bonito with onions, myoga ginger, and shiso leaves.
This marinade is perfect for autumn and winter and is finished with a refreshing ponzu jelly.
Enjoy it with domestically grown rice and condiments such as green onions, ginger, and wasabi.
You can also enjoy it as "dashi chazuke" by pouring warm white dashi over it.

We proactively incorporate ingredients from Osaka and provide our customers with menus that allow them to enjoy fresh, safe ingredients, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the entire region. French toast

[Demonstration] A special French toast made by slowly soaking baguettes in Osaka eggs and Hyogo milk. It is baked in-house using plenty of butter. Please enjoy the sweet aroma and fluffy feeling.

[New] Boiled eggs made with Osaka eggs

Osaka Eggs with outstanding freshness made by certified "agricultural masters" with sincerity.
In a place blessed with nature in the mountainous area of Ibaraki City, only Akadama chickens are raised. Please enjoy the boiled eggs from Osaka, which have no odor and the yolk is elastic.

Mushroom and sweet potato rice

Seasonal rice cooked with domestically grown rice. You can also enjoy it as "dashi chazuke" by pouring white dashi over it.

Miso soup with pork and vegetables

This hearty pork soup is made with Osaka's brand pork "Inunaki Pork" and Rokko miso. Start your day off right with a hearty, warm bowl.

"Pudding Morning Mode" designed to resemble a flowerpot

A pudding with a firm texture with the flavor of Osaka egg and Hyogo milk. Topped with fruit and whipped cream, enjoy your own "morning" mode pudding.

[New release] Mixed juice

A mixed juice born in Shinsekai, Osaka.
It was born from a fruit store's desire to not waste fruit. Please try this Osaka soul food, characterized by its sweet and rich taste with a lingering aftertaste.

Doteyaki

A local Osaka dish of beef tendon simmered in fragrant Rokko miso, with a sweet and spicy flavor. The tender beef tendon goes great with rice!
*Offered as Niku-sui and on a daily basis.

Meat sucking

"Nikusui" is a specialty of Osaka. It means a clear soup with meat, and is a simple soup made by adding beef to Kansai-style udon soup made with bonito flakes and kelp. Please enjoy the gentle flavor that will seep into your body.
*Doteyaki and other dishes are offered on a daily basis.

Kushikatsu

Kushikatsu is pork and onions skewered and deep-fried in high-quality oil. Please enjoy this kushikatsu with the Naniwa specialty kushikatsu sauce, which you should never dip in twice!
*Takoyaki/Kushikatsu/Yakisoba/Okonomiyaki will be served on a daily basis.

Takoyaki

This is a representative Osaka specialty made by combining plump octopus and sweet cabbage with a creamy batter and baking it. Enjoy it with "Osaka Taste Takoyaki Sauce", which enhances the flavor with the fruity sweetness of apples.
*Takoyaki/Kushikatsu/Yakisoba/Okonomiyaki will be served on a daily basis.

TEARTH Tea

They use black tea from TEARTH, a tea brand from Osaka, whose name means "the blessings of the earth."
We carefully select high-quality, delicious tea leaves from particular producing areas, and our motto of safety and security makes these tea bags gentle on the body and mind. Enjoy a cup of bliss in the morning.

SHIN-OSAKA ESAKA TOKYU REI HOTEL has adopted "plant-based food," which is made from plant-based ingredients and has been gaining attention in recent years as a sustainable diet. In addition, as part of efforts to reduce food waste, the hotel offers new menu items that are kind to the body and the earth, using ingredients and vegetable peels that may otherwise be discarded, even though there is no problem with taste or quality.
