EMONDEL LUNCH SELECTION

The lunch style will be renewed in April 2026.
On weekdays, there is a half buffet where you can choose one main dish, and on weekends and holidays there is a full buffet.
All lunch options are great value and include all-you-can-eat soup, salad, bread, and dessert, as well as a soft drink bar.

Seaside scent, steamed red sea bream, sauce, coulis de citron

Dried wakame seaweed and yukari porridge are placed on top of red sea bream and steamed until plump.
The subtle scent of the sea and the refreshing taste of plum are combined with a lemon-based sauce called Couscous de Citron to create a light flavor.
