Flight simulator experience with an instructor (1 person per group)
The piloting experience is generally for one person at a time. (Up to two people can participate by taking turns during the 90-minute session.)
Experience time: 90 minutes. You can choose either 13:00-14:30 or 15:00-16:30.

Applicants who are under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

The winners will be selected through a strict lottery and only the winners will be contacted via direct message from our official account.

• Please be aware of fake accounts (accounts different from @haneda_excel_hotel_tokyu).
• Only one entry per person is allowed. If the organizers determine that multiple entries have been submitted by the same person using multiple accounts, the right to win may be revoked.
• If you have blocked direct messages, your winning entry will be invalidated.
• Private accounts and those who unfollow or unlike the post at the time of the drawing will be disqualified from participating.
• Prizes can only be delivered within Japan. Prizes will not be resent except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizers.
• If we are unable to deliver the prize due to an unknown address or change of address, the winning entry will be invalidated.
• We cannot accept inquiries regarding application acceptance or winner confirmation.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, the right to win cannot be transferred, resold through auctions, or exchanged for other prizes.
• This campaign is not endorsed, sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• Children must be in upper elementary school or older.
• You cannot choose your instructor.
• We will hold a briefing session before the experience, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
• Please note that if you are late, the end time will not change.
• You will use the flight simulator installed in the cabin, but the bed and bathroom will not be available for use.
• As this involves precision equipment, in the unlikely event of a malfunction, we may have to cancel the experience. In that case, we will reschedule it for another day. Please note that we cannot cover transportation costs to and from the hotel or other travel expenses.

• Personal information obtained through this campaign (such as name, address, and telephone number, which can identify an individual) will be managed safely and appropriately and used for sending prizes to winners, making various communications, and may also be used for statistical information that does not identify individuals.
• Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the applicant's prior consent, except when necessary for outsourcing the execution of this campaign or when required by law.
