These cookies are gluten-free, plant-based, and made using domestically produced rice flour, with no wheat flour, and no animal products such as dairy products or eggs.
There are three flavors: plain, chocolate, and sesame. The sugar used is beet sugar from Hokkaido. The rice flour flavor is mild, but the three flavors are distinct, and the texture is also carefully chosen.

The cookies are packaged by flavor and presented in original design tins, making them perfect for gifts or souvenirs.
