Career

In 1983, he graduated from Osaka Abeno Tsuji Culinary College and joined Akasaka Prince Hotel. In 2002, he became the head chef of the hotel Trianon. After that, he served as executive chef at many hotels.

In 2007, he received the Tokyo Excellent Chef Governor's Award.
