Kanazawa Mayor's Award winning menu

We will be offering a lunch-style version of the menu created by our hotel's chef, Makita, which won the Kanazawa Mayor's Award at a cooking competition sponsored by the Kanazawa Chefs Association.

Seafood and Kaga Noto vegetable farce wrapped in white fish and finished with spring cabbage and white asparagus for a spring-like feel.
Enjoy it with rich carbonara sauce.
