We will be hosting "SORAE Sweets Buffet ~The World of Rich Matcha~," a matcha-themed event, at our lounge and dining area, "SORAE."
This buffet makes luxurious use of matcha from Tsujiri, a Kyoto-based company founded in 1860.
Leveraging the fragrant flavor unique to this long-established brand, the hotel's pastry chefs have expressed the profound taste of matcha in these sweets.
The sweets include the "Matcha Opera," a six-layered cake with layers of matcha buttercream and chocolate ganache,
"Matcha Mont Blanc Shortcake," "Matcha Fraisier," and "Matcha Cookie Choux" filled with rich matcha cream, etc.
A wide variety of matcha sweets are on display.
